| Wondering what types of products aid in your warm-up and recovery? I know warm-up uses heat and recovery uses cold, but not sure if topical analgesic or warm-up suit or anything else would be beneficial? Anyone found any products that help? |

I have not found anything that helps, but I am cheap and do not try out much equipment.
Is there something you are considering getting? _________________ My Blog: Vegan Triathlete - Triathlon Blog

| Just wondering if anyone found Tiger Balm or anything else helpful for sore muscles, particularly for warm-up. |

I don't really use any products. I just warm up, exercise, and then rest. _________________ I got Fiber35 |
