Hi All:
I am starting this thread as a place for you to ask your swim training questions. If you don't know the answer then there is probably someone else with the same question out there.
A little bit about me. I am the Head Age Group Swim Coach for Sea Dog Swim Club in Connecticut. I came to CT by way of Bernal's Gator Swim Club where I worked under the tutelage of Joe Bernal who was an Olympic Coach in 1984 and the innovater of dolphin kicking in freestyle and backstroke. While coaching at Gator I developed a National Top-16 relay. Since coming to the Sea Dog Swim Club the Age Group program has continuously improved with our 10/Under girls having won every championship relay for the last three seasons. I have helped with numerous Distance Training Camps for CT Swimming, Inc. and was recently named the 2007 CT Swimming Age Group Coach of the Year.
I would like to thank Scott for developing this forum for triathletes to discuss and improve together. I hope that I can help. I can also help if you have children who are involved with swimming or would like to become involved. Stay Strong! _________________ "Good, better, best. Never let it rest.
